Carindale on this site is stairs first. The project story is a staircase clad in Riverhill engineered oak: light oak treads and risers, white walls and skirting, a straight run, and winder steps where the stair turns near the top. A second, older record is engineered spotted gum in the gallery, dated November 2018. They are not described as the same job.
Riverhill engineered oak stairs
The photos look up the flight, along a straight run, and into the winders. Treads and risers are both the oak. Riverhill Floors is one of the engineered brands named in the engineered timber range. Engineered spotted gum, November 2018
The gallery lists “Spotted Gum engineered 136 × 14mm” with the place line “Carindale, Brisbane — Nov 2018 project”. That entry has a photo and those board dimensions. It does not have its own project story, so the link is the gallery, not a second Carindale article. Board size on that listing is 136 × 14mm. The staircase story does not give a board size.
Stairs change the quote
